This 3-story office building was completed in 1984 with a cost of $2
million, and was completely leased before anticipated.
The site has many live oak trees and they were carefully preserved as part
of design. The building exterior consists of iron-spot red brick and metal
roof, achieving a corporate look and keeping the hill country touch.
This building was the Phase Two of a 12-acre master planned office park.
