Overlooking the Pacific
Ocean to the rear, this residence used to be a non-descriptive 1960’s
single-story home, we added a second story master suite, and enlarged the
family room and living room on the ground floor. Also the exterior was
changed to white stucco and red clay tile roofing, in the predominant style
of San Clemente.
