Blanca Idalia Garza is a business development expert and Quality Management Systems registered IRCA (International Register of Certified Auditors) lead auditor with more than 20 years of experience in assessing companies to get ISO certification and consulting to increase productivity, quality of products and services, customer satisfaction, continual improvement and profitability, to a broad range of industries including manufacturing, education, and professional services. She specializes in implementation of Quality Management Systems, Training and third part audits. She was New Projects and Marketing Director for TÜV SUD America de Mexico, an accredited Management Systems Registrar Company in America, Europe and Asia, also she was a professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL). - ISO 9001:2008 - Standards for Quality Management Systems, a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business; monitoring processes to ensure they are effective; keeping adequate records; checking output for defects, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary; regularly reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness; and facilitating continual improvement.
