Completed in 1984, this building was the first of three phases for the main
offices of S.A.H.A. It was the recipient of an award from the Masonry
Contractors Association.
Built on a historic neighborhood, an old “acequia” was preserved on site for
its historic significance in early San Antonio irrigation system.
Project cost was approximately $3,000,000.00
