This was an existing, non-descriptive commercial building on a major
thoroughfare, that was remodeled and added a second floor, for the offices
of a local businessman. With its Flemish designed facade using brick, stucco
and slate tile roof, this project was completed in 1981 with a cost of
approximately $900,000.00
