PLAZA LAGUNA OFFICE BUILDING

Construction has
started on this 12-story class “A” office building for a client that
represents 10 Mexican businessmen investors, we worked with MEP and
Structural consultants in Mexico City, the shell building and the adjacent
5-level parking garage has an estimated cost of $12.5 million.
The site is an in-fill downtown property, with a lot of limitations, we
designed this project maximizing the site and capturing the views to a major
boulevard and adjacent park.
