THE ESTATES AT MARBELLA
San Juan Capistrano, California

Designed reflecting the
inspiration of classical Mediterranean architecture, these estate homes make
an immediate first impression of Old World grandeur with distinctive
architecture detailing including archways, Roman columns, porticos, carved
stone balustrades and expansive Italian marble entries.
Spanish tile roofs, charming entry courtyards and elegant solid wood double
entry doors lead to the architectural drama of two-story cathedral ceiling,
and beyond to breathtaking interiors of natural light and spaciousness.
This project included five different designs, and are depicted on the
following five pages.
